I am so excited about  RepFest the 2016 Avon Conference and 130 Year Anniversary Celebration in Las Vegas next week! 

​There are so many reasons why I love Avon conferences like the high energy, connecting with other representatives, learning new ideas to better build my business, the motivation I return home with and last but not least all representatives that attend conference receive a goody bag filled with freebies!

​After Last year's Conference I returned home with such a huge haul that I needed to make 3 videos to share everything with you. 

Avon conference is usually when we get sneak peaks at the new products that will be rolling out for fall and the holidays. The best part of all is that we get to take a sampling of that stuff home to show our customers and teammates before many of the items even hit the brochure!

Many of you that have joined me for my Girls Night Events might remember seeing these items on display when I returned from conference last year. Some of you even got to take some of it home as prizes! LOL. 

I know how much you ladies loved that and I'm looking forward to sharing more with you again this year so be sure to stay tuned for upcoming events.
