Get to Know Me

I’ve always been passionate about empowering others and helping people turn their dreams into plans and their plans into reality.

This led me to a career in Architecture and later as a Content Creator for brands that championed body-positivity and inclusivity like The Avon Company, Shapermint, Baretraps Shoes, and Express. I became dedicated to empowering women by providing encouragement and support that builds self-esteem and celebrates uniqueness.

I've also had the honor of being featured in social & print ad campaigns with both Avon Products and Avon USA and was a 2019 National Avon Pinnacle Award Recipient.

But when I started feeling burnt out and lost in my career, I realized that stress was affecting my health, work, and relationships, and I needed to make a change. My research turned into a dream of helping other women in similar situations overcome burnout, build confidence, find fulfillment, and live life on their own terms.

As founder of the Baus Ladies Network a community to empower women by providing encouragement and support that builds self-esteem and celebrates uniqueness. I now combine my design experience with my coaching training to help women break boundaries and live by design not by default.
