Today I’m taking you behind the scenes with me for a segment of the Avon A-list!

If you don’t know, the Avon A-list is a one-stop training live stream for Avon representatives filmed at The Avon Company headquarters located at One Liberty Plaza in Manhattan but also featuring representatives and trainers streaming in from all across the US.

I had the honor of being invited to co-host a segment on upcoming product offers to share tips and ideas with my fellow representatives.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in the city and it felt like a completely different place. Way more quiet than usual but it's always fun to visit Avon Headquarters and see all the familiar faces. And there were a lot! 

When watching online, you don’t get to see how much goes into planning and preparing the A-list behind the scenes. Setting up different sets, lighting, and tech, plus coordinating with those joining the stream from other states, our Avon corporate partners start hours before going live. 

To be honest they start planning and rehearsing weeks in advance for just a few on-screen minutes. It's intense but I kinda love it…when it's all over & I can breathe easily again. 

Still, it was so fun to experience being a part of it all!
