Looking for a tasty champagne cocktail recipe?

To celebrate The Avon Company’s recent launch of Rare Intense fragrance remakes I decided to make a mandarin flavored champagne cocktail inspired by the mandarin zest fragrance notes in the Rare Gold Intense fragrance. I actually had a whole champagne bar with drinks, snacks, and festive decor. You can find all beautiful the pics and tips for how to easily create your own champagne bar here.

Mandarin Champagne Cocktail Recipe

Supplies & Ingredients (1 serving)

Champagne glass
Chilled champagne
2 tbsOrange liquer like Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
1 Mandarin orange
Gold dusting sugar

Steps:

1. Peel mandarin orange with a knife in approximately 1/4 inch strips and set peel aside. Separate 1 segment and remove any extra membranes left from the skin

2. Split another mandarin segment and use it to run around the rim of your glass then dip or roll the rim in the gold sugar dust

3. Add the orange liqueur to the glass and pour the champagne on top.

4. Gently drop your mandarin segment in & serve

You can also add a dash of gold sugar to your glass for a hint of shimmer. Maraschino cherries are also delicious and add a little more sweetness if you prefer. Try mixing different flavors so your guests can try different tastes.
