Stressed? Tense? Tightly wound? Yes, yes, and yes! I sound like an infomercial right! Last year I was all the above and the tension was getting so bad I started having migraines and trouble sleeping. It was like my mind was constantly racing, and I was becoming increasingly tense. My family noticed how tightly wound I was getting and recommended I do something to relax. I went old school and I started crocheting again. Who knew making knots could be so relaxing and rewarding.

Like it or not our emotions and therefore our moods impact the way we see the world around us, the way we process and respond to information, and of course how we feel both emotionally and physically. Although I wish that changing our outfit could automatically make the world a better place, I know of course it can't, I have found that it can still go a surprisingly long way to help regulate my mood and productivity. What you do and what you wear when you start your day can have a surprising impact on the rest of your day or even week!

Thanks to a brief break in the winter weather while I was down south for a few days I was able to ditch the heavy winter coat for something lighter. So I pulled out some of the sweaters I ordered a few months ago but hadn't had a chance to wear. One of which was this Hooded Reversible Wrap.

As usual it's taken me a while to rotate my summer wardrobe out for a proper fall/winter wardrobe but with the temperatures fluctuating between warm & cold every other day I find myself wearing a combination of both summer & fall clothing. I don't know what to expect most days but I find it's better to have extra pieces I can remove as opposed to not enough layers and freezing. So, layers are our best friend.

I have to be honest, as much as I complain about the cold I do love the seasons. Even fall because by adding a sweater or
