RepFest '17 Avon Conference: Nashville, TN

This year's Avon National Conference, aka RepFest '17, was held in Nashville, TN. The home of
Rock 'n Roll Y'all! As always it was a blast spending a few power packed days learning and growing with

my extended Avon family.

I was so excited to win another year of free conference registration and hotel stay at the beautiful Nashville Convention Center. I was joined by my best friend as well as ANTS and Avon Wings teammates from all over the US.

The convention center was beautiful! Our rooms had balconies overlooking indoor gardens with poos and real waterfalls. I'm really beginning to love waking up to the soothing sound of rushing water in the mornings.

Like most conferences I'm sure there were product previews, training classes, workshops and networking events. You gotta love all the freebies which I think will be hard to top this year because they went beyond the usual swag bags to include not one but 2 direct shipments of the new Espira wellness line slated to launch in 2018. While I'm sure most conferences feature these basics I've always been especially impressed by the effort that Avon makes to recognize, honor, and celebrate it's representatives. It was something that I always say was one of the things that struck me at my first conference when I walked in to general session to find corporate representatives lined up to cheer and high five us as we entered like we were a football team at homecoming. I'm always happy to see that Avon hasn't missed a beat. In fact they are always finding new ways to make their representatives feel celebrated. This year many more representatives were treated to VIP seating and on stage recognition. You can never underestimate how good it feels when others recognize your efforts and express their appreciation. We were also treated to a live concert and dinner on the riverfront, followed by a beautiful fire works display! Not an easy feat for 5,000+ people mind you but they made it happen and it was super fun.
