Incentive Tracking Like A Baus Intro

We're getting ready for a new Avon travel incentive!!! Yaaaaayyyyy

This time we're diving in deeper with our ANTS Live Training meetings to help each other track and brainstorm ideas for meeting your goals. Each week, we'll be connecting to share our progress, celebrate each others success, and plan for new business building activities. So be sure to tune in Tuesday nights at 8 pm ET. 

As promised, here's a link to the Google Spreadsheet I use to track my progress for incentives. I love google sheets because it allows me to track my progress on the go whether I'm on my phone or PC. Plus for those of you who know me & how much I hate math, it does all the calculations for me. #Winning

Note: You will need a Google account to use Google Sheets

Instructions:
1. Set your own "My goals" for each category you plan to earn points from. The corresponding Level 4 & Level 5 My Goal point values will decrease in the red boxes to show you how many more points you'll need from other categories to meet your goal. Aim for Level 5 at 0

2. Track your sales for every campaign.

3. Put the number of times you or a teammate promote in title in the corresponding campaign column.

4. Erase the examples. Enter the names of all your first generation teammates as they join. Enter their sales for the corresponding campaigns. If a teammates 1st or 2nd order is LESS THAN $150 or if they don't pay for their order on time DO NOT continue to track their sales here for this incentive.
