I started making daily lists of things I’m grateful for when I discovered how many studies showed the positive results of gratitude for mental health, achieving goals, and living a life that feels happier and more fulfilling.

Some people might find this difficult at first, but even as someone who has done this for years, I’m always more consistent when I’m connected with others for accountability. So, I invite you to join me in a mini-challenge to spend a couple of minutes writing out a few things you’re grateful for every day.

Below you can find a worksheet with a few prompts to help you get your thoughts flowing. It also includes a Serenity Scale to help you keep track of how you feel. As they say, what gets measured gets managed.
