Avon Eye Makeup Haul

This weekend was a big makeup haul testing time for me. It's been a while since I had so many new makeup products to try so I sat down to swatch them all and review for you. I have to say, that I have a few new favorites and additions to my makeup routine for all day wear. I love the creamy new long lasting formulas for the Glimmersticks Eye liners, and the new True Color Mega Metals Cream 

Eyeshadow pots. I was so surprised at how they glided on and how vibrant the colors were. These new formulas are great so if, like me you tried them before and were less than impressed, you should definitely try them again. I think, like me you’ll be pleasantly surprised. 

The Glimmersticks new eye liner colors are more vibrant than before and they’re soft so they don’t tug the delicate skin around your eyes. You get rich colors with ease. After wearing them for an entire day at work, I also found that they really last! I can’t wait to try the waterproof! 

The Mega Metals Cream Eyeshadow pots have to be my new all time eye makeup favorites. The formula starts out creamy which makes it easy to apply and blend, then once applied it dries to a long wearing color. They have a beautiful metallic shimmer and they don’t crease. I’ve even started using them as a primer for my other powder eye shadows as well. Try pairing them with other colors like the ones I reviewed from the For the Love of Makeup Artists Palette. Layer matte colors over for just a little shimmer or blend in with other shimmery colors. The results are beautiful either way. The cream shadow forms a barrier that makes a great base for enhancing the color of your shadow, and it keeps oils at bay so the colors don’t crease or fade. I use the silver metallic as a universal base but pair the copper, plum, and rose shades with complimentary colors. 

Try an eye makeup remover like the Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion or my favorite, Avon Care Soothing Cream Cold Cream Cleanser to remove these colors because they're made to last, and last, and last.
