Espira Metabolism Boost Ideal Cleanse Review

New year, fresh start, a whole slew of new goals. Usually eating healthy or having a healthier lifestyle aren't the highest on my radar. Maybe it's residual habits from my architecture design student days but I'm usually more focused on just getting more "stuff" done. And if that means less sleep and more 

coffee so be it. But, in Campaign 3 this year Avon launches its new health & wellness line, Espira. So now, learning more about healthy living has become a part of my business & product knowledge. I've begun to see the whole life impacting merits of a healthier lifestyle and I've come to realize that I can make positive changes without overhauling my entire life, schedule and/or diet.

Small changes can have a major impact too and just like with anything else the right tools can leverage a bigger impact. That's why to kick off the new year I'm taking the Espira 30 day challenge to cleanse & revamp my metabolism.
