While it's been a few weeks since we returned from our Avon cruise to the beautiful tropical island of Bermuda, Avon made sure they brought back all the best things about island vacations - the warm summer glow, island prints, and pineapple flavored everything! ​


I like so many of the new items in the Campaign 12 brochure. There are almost too many to list! Let's start with the cover featuring Americas Favorite Deet free repelent which has you and your family covered from picnic to pool to fireside. There's a Skin So Soft Big Guard for all your summers activities featuring SPF in Bug Guard Plus IR3535, water repellent in the Gentle Breeze fragrance, and my favorite for summer nights Bug Guard Plus Picardin. Don't forget to keep a few towelettes in your purse for spontaneous outdoor events with friends.

Above are some great beach essentials from a colorful cover-up in the Alice Capelet, the Pom Pom Tote for all your beach essentials (ahem like that Gentle Breeze Bug guard I mentioned hint hint), matching Pom Pom Sun Hat with "Beach Please" catch phrase for added sun protection, and comfy colorful matching Embroidered Espadrilles.

If you're not headed to the beach soon you can still recreate that beachy glow with your favorite choice  of highlighting sticks, bronzing pearls, illuminating blushes and face perfecter. I love to mix and match for a custom look.

As a devoted wearer of all black everything I also find adding colorful shoes and jewelry to my outfits as a fun way to add some color. Even if bold printed fabrics are a little too far out of your comfort zone. I love the Ballet Flat With Charm and already own pairs of black and yellow. They are super comfortable for my busy days running around NYC. For an evening or girls night out try the Fruity Wedge Sandal. I love a wedge and cant wait to try it in the fruity print. Speaking of print, Avon gifted those of us who earned the Cruise to Bermuda the Lemon Statement Necklace and Hoop Earrings set and they're beautiful! Fruit everything is in this summer! 

Even our Avon Home collection is serving pineapples & palm leaves in Tumblers, Pitchers, Platters, Trays and the cutest little stirrers.
